Giving:

God loves a cheerful giver. —

2 Corinthians 9:7

A vibrant ministry takes giving of all kinds in order to be sustainable.

Giving to the Lord and Trinity

Here at Trinity we pride ourselves on using the various resources with which God has blessed us: the people, the talents, the property and facilities, and the financial gifts given to us.

Trinity Family shares gifts

Trinity Family members share their gifts with us in a variety of ways: through singing, praying for each other, helping in Worship, creating art, cooking meals, nurturing children and others in the faith, providing leadership on our Council, serving on committees and task groups, working in our beautiful garden, and giving from their financial resources.

Trinity shares its building and grounds

We have been blessed with a beautiful building and land from our forbears and are happy to share this with so many: Connections Church NYC, Our World Neighborhood Charter School, the Astoria Choir, the Metropolitan New York Synod of the Lutheran Church diakonia program, our neighbors who use parking spaces in our lot.

How financial gifts are used

Money contributed to Trinity is far-reaching. Financial contributions support our parish and its staff, but also help maintain our historic Skinner organ and Steinway piano and aging neo Gothic building.
